Southeast Asia Venture Capital & Private Equity 2018 Conference

The Malaysian Venture Capital & Private Equity Association (MVCA) will be holding the Southeast Asia Venture Capital & Private Equity Conference (SEAVCPE 2018) on 31st July 2018 (Tuesday), from 9am to 5.30pm at the Securities Commission Malaysia.

The one-day event is being organised for the 5th time this year, with the theme Regional Investments – Local Insights, where talk and discussions will cover the Southeast Asia countries particularly from Indonesia, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam.

Speakers and panelists this year include local and foreign players whom are greatly experienced in the VC & PE industry in Southeast Asia. They are from Monk’s Hill, Venturra Capital, Captii Ventures, Vynn Capital, MAVCAP, COPE Private Equity, EPF, KWAP, and many more. Participants will be given an in-depth sharing of local investment experiences and possible ideas of expansion. Other topics of discussion include the overview of the current VC & PE, GLIC Investment and Is Valuation Streaming to the Stratosphere.

SEAVCPE Conference is an annual event organized by MVCA to continuously provide about 150 VC & PE players on the awareness and knowledge of industry’s best practices, current challenges, impacts, opportunities and alternatives of the current VC and PE industry in the region.

It also acts as a platform for these players which include practitioners, investors, regulators and SME’s to exchange ideas and enhance networking to further grow the industry not only in Malaysia but also throughout Southeast Asia.
