What does the registration fee include?
Registration fee includes full-day attendance at plenary and breakout sessions, welcoming break, luncheon, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks and evening wine reception.
What is the refund policy?
Refund will only be allowed within a month prior to the conference. No refund will be allowed for cancellation made after 19 April 2017. However, for ticket transfer, please refer to the Ticket Transfer Policy. Cancellation of conference pass will not cancel any transport/ hotel accommodation arrangement, thus we bear no responsibility in such arrangement. To cancel pass, please e-mail us the company name, name of attendees and transaction reference at email@example.com.
Are transport and hotel accommodation included?
Transport and hotel accommodations are not included in registration fee.
Can I transfer my ticket?
Pass transfer is allowed within the same company/organisation with prior notice via e-mail.
Can I invite guest(s) or partner(s) to the conference?
Can I pay in currency other than the designated currency?
Yes. We accept payment in different currency. Conversion rate and other fees associated with exchange rate are to be borne by registrants. Please contact your provider or third party payment processor for more information on the exchange rate charges.
I have missed the Early Bird promotion. Can I get discounts for normal ticket?
No discounts will be made for normal tickets once the Early Bird promotion is closed. However, interested parties may enjoy ticket reservation of maximum a week with prior written notice a week before the promotion ends.
Which category of delegates should I fall under for registration- LP, GP or Other Delegates?
Registration for Limited Partners is open for individual investors, institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, insurance etc. which have direct investment in funds. To register as LP for free admission, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Registration for Fund Manager Pass is open for general partners, fund of funds etc. which involve in portfolio management. Registration for Regular Pass is open for service provider, placement agents, companies, associations and others with no direct investment or portfolio management in funds. Will I receive any event and post-event updates and material?
Yes. Every registrant will receive event and post-event updates via e-mail. A copy of the post-event photos will be sent to all delegates a week after the conference.
Will I get full-tax invoice and payment receipt?
Full tax invoice will be provided to interested parties with details of the conference including date, time, venue, conference pass price before and after local GST*, company name, bank account number and tax number. Payment receipt will be provided to registrants once payments are made with details of the payment including conference pass price before and after local GST*, company name and tax number. *Local GST is charged at 7% to local delegates. No GST/VAT is applicable to foreign delegates.
Will there be any photography and video production made throughout the conference?
Yes. Photography and video production will be made throughout the conference. Participation of attendees in any photo taking and video production during the conference shall not be avoidable due to one’s attendance at the event.
What is the language of the conference?
The language of the conference is English.
How can I get the attendee list in advance?
Attendee list will be available for download once it is up.
May I get contact details of attendees?
No. We will not share contact details and other private and confidential information of our attendees. We reserve the privacy of attendees according to the Privacy Data Protection Act 2010.
Will I get internet access at the conference?
Yes, attendee will get internet access at the conference.
Can I make an arrangement for private meeting at the conference?
Yes. Private meeting rooms are available for rent for a maximum of half an hour on the day of conference from 10.30a.m to 4.30p.m.. If interested, please make reservation prior to the event via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
As a speaker, what are the required documents needed?
Speakers are required to provide us with contact details and a headshot high resolution photo, up-to-date company biography and company website to be uploaded to the event website.
